The Garden City - Blooming Year Round

Situated on the banks of the Savannah River, Augusta has long stood as a center of creativity and commerce for the Southeast. The vibrant and authentically diverse population of approximately 600,000 here benefits from an excellent cost of living and housing opportunities far below the national average. Commute times are short, downtown and neighborhoods throughout the city are walkable, and public art, bustling restaurants and shops abound across the Garden City. Rich in history, culture and home of the Masters tournament and James Brown, Augusta offers a quality of life untouched in competing markets of its size.
